Why Kloo is ‘One to Watch’
Kloo has always been committed to offering the best product and support to our customers. Being recognised as the ‘One to Watch’ is both an honour and a testament to our team’s dedication to innovation and client satisfaction. We offer our customers a range of features to streamline their AP processes, including AI-powered purchase order creation, streamlined approval workflows, AI-enabled smart invoice matching, and integrated payments. That’s all a bit of a mouthful, but essentially, we facilitate the whole procure-to-pay cycle for our customers, from raising a purchase request, through to proof of payment.

Though we are incredibly proud of each of these achievements, the AI Product of the Year category holds a special place for us. Enabling unparalleled levels of automation and accuracy, we firmly believe that AI is the future of accounts payable and where Kloo sets itself apart from the pack.
We have successfully integrated AI capabilities across our features, working in tandem with technologies like OCR to make invoice management an autonomous workflow with as little need for manual intervention as possible. Rudimentary, rules-based automated AP systems often struggle with processing invoices with any degree of complexity, forcing companies to fall back on time-consuming manual methods. For instance, when matching invoices to purchase orders, the details on the two documents may not always match 100%, perhaps one showing a company’s full name and the other an abbreviated form. Kloo’s AI-enabled platform uses contextual reasoning to establish these ‘fuzzy’ matches that basic automation systems would miss. This can save AP teams hours every week, massively reducing the need for manual intervention.
