Celebrating Innovation: A Close Look at Kloo’s Award-Nominated Offerings

At Kloo we are excited to announce that we have been shortlisted as finalists in an impressive four categories for the Document Manager Awards 2023.

AI Product of the Year

Accounts Payable/Invoicing Product of the Year

One to Watch: Company of the Year

One to Watch: Product of the Year

Why Kloo is ‘One to Watch’

Kloo has always been committed to offering the best product and support to our customers. Being recognised as the ‘One to Watch’ is both an honour and a testament to our team’s dedication to innovation and client satisfaction. We offer our customers a range of features to streamline their AP processes, including AI-powered purchase order creation, streamlined approval workflows, AI-enabled smart invoice matching, and integrated payments. That’s all a bit of a mouthful, but essentially, we facilitate the whole procure-to-pay cycle for our customers, from raising a purchase request, through to proof of payment.

Even with all of this, we are always looking to improve and expand our offerings in line with our customers’ pain points and release new features in regular 2-week sprints. One reviewer on G2 highlighted Kloo’s customer-oriented product development, writing:

“I asked for some improvements to platform, and they added them to the roadmap, kept me informed and quickly released new features!” - G2 Reviewer

With our unwavering commitment to customer-centric innovation Kloo sets the standard for why we are truly 'One to Watch’ in AP Automation.

AI Product of the Year

Though we are incredibly proud of each of these achievements, the AI Product of the Year category holds a special place for us. Enabling unparalleled levels of automation and accuracy, we firmly believe that AI is the future of accounts payable and where Kloo sets itself apart from the pack.

We have successfully integrated AI capabilities across our features, working in tandem with technologies like OCR to make invoice management an autonomous workflow with as little need for manual intervention as possible. Rudimentary, rules-based automated AP systems often struggle with processing invoices with any degree of complexity, forcing companies to fall back on time-consuming manual methods. For instance, when matching invoices to purchase orders, the details on the two documents may not always match 100%, perhaps one showing a company’s full name and the other an abbreviated form. Kloo’s AI-enabled platform uses contextual reasoning to establish these ‘fuzzy’ matches that basic automation systems would miss. This can save AP teams hours every week, massively reducing the need for manual intervention.

“The automation is the best feature. Throughout AP Kloo automates processes that used to be manual.”

Accounts Payable/Invoicing Product of the Year

When it comes to handling accounts payable and invoicing, Kloo strives to redefine efficiency and agility. We understand that the financial nerve centre of any organisation requires a user-friendly solution which simplifies, streamlines and centralises the complexities of the AP workflow through smart automation. Being named a finalist in this category reflects our customers’ satisfaction with our product and is a real testament to all the hard work of our Product and Customer Success teams.

“It has eliminated the previous challenges associated with expense submission, making it a revolutionary solution for businesses.”

The Road Ahead

To say we are thrilled about these nominations would be an understatement. These accolades underscore not just our dedication to excellence, but also the trust and satisfaction that our valued clients have placed in us. As we look to the future, our aspirations remain high — to continue to innovate, disrupt, and set new benchmarks in document management and accounts payable automation.
