2-Step Authentication, also known as two-factor authentication (2FA), is a security process that requires users to verify their identity through two distinct steps before gaining access to their accounts. It typically involves a combination of something you know (like a password) and something you have (like a mobile device).

Will I need it for my Kloo account?

Yes, if you are utilising payment features within your organization, be it through Cards or Invoice Management. The added layer of security becomes particularly crucial when financial transactions are involved.

It relies on the user providing password as the first step authentication and providing a verification code received via SMS on mobile number as the second step authentication. The code will expire after a short time for security purposes. You can request a new code and enter it as soon as you receive it.
