Access custom field settings: As an Organisation Admin, log into the platform, navigate to 'Settings', and then click on 'Categorisation'.

Go to Purchase requests: Within 'Categorisation', you'll find the 'Purchase Requests' tab. Click on it to access your custom fields.

Customise your field order: Here, you'll see the list of custom fields added to your organisation's account. Simply drag and drop these fields into your desired order, customising the form to perfectly fit your organisational requirements.
