Forgotten the answer to your security question? Don't worry, we've got you covered
- Log in to platform.getkloo.com
- Navigate to your profile (the user icon can be located on the top right of the window)
- In the dropdown menu, select 'Profile', where you'll be taken to your profile settings
- View your security question beneath your basic info (here you can change the answer if you'd like to do so)
That's it! You now have access to your security question answer and, if needed, have the option to enhance your account's security by updating the answer.
