If you got your pin wrong and your Kloo card is no longer working, it’s likely that your card has been blocked. You can easily unblock it at an ATM using the 'PIN Unlock' feature. Here's a step-by-step guide:

  1. Locate your nearest ATM
  2. Insert your Kloo Card
  3. Enter your card PIN (you can find this in the Kloo mobile app*)
  4. Select 'PIN Unlock' or 'Card Services'
  5. Confirm and complete
