      How do I cancel a Kloo card?

      Use the below instructions to cancel a card.

      1. Login to Kloo platform

      2. Head to 'Cards'

      3. Head to 'Card management'

      4. Navigate to 'My cards'

      5. Select the card.

      6. Select 'Cancel card'

       

      You can also follow the same above process to freeze a card. Simply toggle the 'Freeze card' option to on (this can be also done via the Kloo app, available on iOS or Android).
