How do I activate a Kloo card?

Virtual Kloo cards require no activation. For physical cards, please follow the below steps

Using the Kloo mobile apps: 

1. Download either the iOS or Android Kloo app
2. In the Kloo app, select 'Cards'
3. Swipe to the card that you wish to activate
4. Choose to 'Activate card'
5. All done - you can now view your PIN and use your card! 

Using the Kloo platform: 

1. Login to Kloo
2. Navigate to the 'Cards' page
3. Choose the card that you wish to activate
4. Choose to 'Activate card'
5. All done - you can now view your PIN and use your card!
