Let's get your card topped up
To change the amount on your card, or request additional funds, you’ll need to contact your organisation admin*. The org admin can open your card in Kloo and edit the card limit. Just be sure to share with them the exact card you need the limit changing on.
*Not sure who your org admin is? Ask us via email support@getkloo.com or reach out via Live Chat below.
Please note, you cannot transfer additional funds from your Kloo card to a regular card or someone else's account.
