      How can I invite a user onto the platform?

      Inviting new users in Kloo is simple and quick

      Instructions

      This process can be performed by Organisation Admins (OAs) only

      1. Navigate to 'Settings'
      2. Navigate to 'Users'
      3. Select 'Invite new user'
      4. Fill out the necessary fields

      The user should then receive an invitation via email. When they accept the invitation, they'll be asked to provide their essential details to get them live on the platform.
