How to change your Kloo card delivery address

Changing the delivery address for Kloo cards is straightforward and can be done in just a few steps

Quick guide: Login > Settings > Delivery address > input new address

The below process can be accessed by Organisation Admins (OAs) only

  1. Login to Kloo
  2. Navigate to 'Settings'
  3. Then to 'Delivery address
  4. Then input your correct delivery address

Important note

The address you provide here will be set as the default delivery address for all your future procurement card deliveries. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need a card delivered to a different address. During the individual card request process, you will have the option to toggle off the default address and input a unique, UK-based address for that specific delivery.
