Terms and Conditions for the Kloo Referral Program

We know how much you like Kloo! And we’re rewarding you so that you can share all the Kloo love with others!

This is a promotion (the “Promotion”) that allows anyone who’s received our promotion email from us directly to earn an Amazon voucher worth £250 as a referral reward (the “Reward”).

All you need to do is to send us the contact’s information from the business you’re introducing us to, and leave the rest to us. You’ll get your Reward once the business has signed up for our Cards and/or Invoice Management services and successfully pays for their first month of service. Please read these terms and conditions further if you want to find out how the Promotion works.  

This Promotion starts running from September 30th, 2022, at 08:00 AM GMT and we may, at our sole discretion, announce an end date for the Promotion, or suspend, terminate or change these terms and conditions without notice.

Please note that you and the people you refer, must meet all the criteria, for you to benefit from the Promotion.

What do you need to do?

You must email referrals@getkloo.com with the individual name, business email, business name and job title of the individual you are recommending we get in touch with at the relevant business you’re introducing us to.

You can give us the contact details of as many people as you want from the relevant business. However, please remember that you will only get one Reward for each business that signs up for Kloo (not for the number of people you’ve given us the contact details of).

What criteria does the relevant business needs to meet for you to earn the Reward?

For you to be eligible for your Reward, the business you’ve introduced us to must be eligible for this Promotion and sign up to Kloo Cards and/or Invoice Management and complete at least one payment for these services.

This means that:

They must sign up to Kloo for the first time upon your referral. In other words, a business who has previously signed up will not earn you a Reward. Signing up means completing Kloo’s sign-up process and passing all onboarding checks. If the business fails the checks during our onboarding, you will not be eligible for a Reward.

At the time the introduction is made, we should not have an existing relationship with the business in any other way either. An “existing relationship” shall mean where we and the contact and/or the business are known to each other, and have had conversations, prior to the introduction being made by you.

The contact person and/or the business must not have been introduced to us by another introducer prior to your referral. In other words, you must be the first to introduce them to us.

What else should I know about the Promotion?

We may, at our sole discretion, suspend, terminate or change these terms and conditions without notice.

In the event that the same contact person and/or business is introduced to us by two different introducers, whoever introduced the prospect first shall be entitled to the introduction fee.

Rewards will be sent via email within 20 working days after the successful onboarding, sign up and first payment from the relevant business(es) introduced. 

These Promotion terms and conditions are legally binding, and they form an agreement between you and us. Please contact us if you have any questions about this Promotion.

This Promotion is governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes relating to it.
